The restoration works of a prestigious Historic Villa with direct access to the lake and private dock dating back to 1900, located in the Municipality of Baveno, opposite Isola dei Pescatori, are nearing completion.

The project by Archt. Carola Cracchi involves the reorganization of the interior spaces, the creation of a new lift, the restoration of the stone staircase and the ancient wood doors, the creation of new terraces facing the lake and the restoration of the decorative wood friezes on the eaves and on the gables with a wood flagpole.
