The project involves the construction of a building with a central courtyard and a panoramic turret between Via Matteotti and Vicolo Rudoni, called Residenza Villa Mara and a building inside the courtyard, called Corte dei Fiori.

This residential complex will rise on the corner of Via Matteotti and Vicolo Rudoni in Lonate Pozzolo and will have architectural features inspired by Lombard building traditions.
